The equipment is a universal CNC VerticalMilling Composite MachineTool with double column single turret structure. It is mainly used for processing forged steel and cast iron parts.The equipment is mainly used for processing the milling, drilling, boring and rigid tappingso as to achieve high efficiency, high accuracy and high reliability.

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
3.1投标人应具备的资格或业绩：
3.1 Qualifications or Performance
3.1.1满足招标文件第一册 第一章 投标人须知 “2.合格的投标人”；
3.1.1Bidders shall satisfy requirements specified in “2. Eligible Bidders” under Instructions to Bidders, Section one, Volume one.
3.1.2投标人应具有独立企业法人资格；
3.1.2 Bidders shall possess the independent legal personality.
3.1.3代理商参加投标应取得设备制造商针对本项目的唯一授权；
3.1.3 The agent shall obtain the sole authority for the equipment manufacturer for the project.
3.1.4投标方推荐的设备应成熟可靠，在国内外应有不少于10台同类设备（工作台直径≥φ4000mm）正在使用，并且用户反映效果良好（投标文件应附用户清单）。至少提供近3年销售的同类型设备（工作台直径≥φ4000mm）在客户方验收时的精度检验报告一份。
3.1.4 Performance requirements: The equipment recommended by the Bidders shall be mature and reliable, no less than 10 sets of similar equipment (working table diameter ≥ φ4000mm) is being used at home and abroad,and theusers reflect the good operation of equipment,the bidding document shall be accompanied by a user list.The precision inspection report of the same type of equipment at least sold for the last 3 years (Working table diameter ≥φ4000mm) at the time of acceptance of the customer.
